Offer words of Affirmation

Use THE Stairs Whenever you See it.

This entire week, I want you to collect some micro-exercise…

Use the stairs instead of the elevator in your:

  • Apartment
  • Office
  • Malls
  • etc

If it seems too much, then use the elevator until 2 floors below your floor and then take the stairs from there.

This is a very minor shift you’re making but, just like all good habits – it will give you compounding results over time.

(more data on this in a bit)

Wealth Hack Of The Week:

Apply the 48-Hour Rule.

Before buying something non-essential, worth INR 2,000 or more…

Wait for 48 hours to make the decision. Don’t impulse buy.

Anything other than food, healthcare, rent, and utilities count as “non-essential”.

If you want something even after 48 hours of waiting, that’s a sign you really need it.

Go for it.

Relationship Hack of The Week:

Offer words of Affirmation.

Validate people around you with affirming words.

Very few people go about life feeling appreciated & validated.

When you articulate it to them, it makes a whole world of difference in their life.

Encourage and compliment at least ONE person this entire week.
Quote I’m Pondering Upon This Week:

“Doubt everything. Find your Own truth.”

– Voltaire

Favourite Read of This Week:

Deep Work by Carl Newport

In today’s constantly distracted, reels scrolling world…

Here are 4 proven ways to do great, focused work:

  • Work deeply: 1-2 hours per day of distraction-free focus on cognitively demanding work.
  • Embrace boredom: Train your brain to focus without external stimulation.
  • Schedule your deep work: Pre-commit specific times to deep work and treat them as sacred.
  • Leave a clean slate: Finish each deep work session with a clear plan for the next

Scientific Hack Of the Week:

A 2018 study published in the Journal of the American Heart Association found that replacing elevator use with just one flight of stairs daily was associated with a lower risk of death from heart disease or stroke.

Stick to this week’s new health habit.

Like I always say, good habits compound with time.

My Question For You:

When was the last time you climbed stairs?

Let me know by hitting reply.
